I'm at a cross roads in my life at the moment, well...its more of a T junction.
One way is leave the company I have been working for ever since I moved to Libya, stay at home for a couple of months then start looking for new opportunities. The other is stay where I am, keep my head down and go on with the life I have and know now.
I have made my decision, as I've been in a rut for a while, I've decided to leave.
It wasn't easy, believe me.
I want to spend time with the kids, take care of myself, 'chill out' for a while, maybe think about having another baby (I said maybe!!)
Just think the hardest decision has been made already, to leave the company that I love. I have my reasons for leaving...they are many.
I'm looking forward to my new life style, but also apprehensive...I love to work, to leave the house and do something that is solely mine, however I miss my kids, and feel that they are growing up without their mother, I'm physically there, but mentally I'm too exhausted to interact with them.
Let me know what you think.

im in a sort similar situation :o)
all I can say is enjoy your time off work and enjoy being with the kids, after a while you will be able to decide if you want to work again or just carry on with being a mum, best of luck.
SOoooooo glade to have you back !!!! Waliehee !!!!
Do what you want and if it isn't what you want , then try something else . Life really isn't set in stone!Enjoy your break and write more often ! Missed you !Good luck !!
My advice is to you is to find a job and have time for kids at the same time. I think mentally a change of job will do you good.

I think that was a brave decision that you made, but like On the Edge says, life is not set in stone. You can re-evaluate what you want to do as you spend time with your kids. Leaving your current job is not easy but may be a blessing in disguise. It does not mean that you will lose your identity. It just means that once you have rested you can explore other oppertunities. You never know what is waiting around the corner!
